Position title: Facility Operations Specialist (Senior)
Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope: Manage the facilities that keep a special operations command running.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and space planning.
- Coordinate work orders and service contracts.
- Track facility condition and projects; manage real property records.
- Coordinate with installation public works.
- Support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM).
- 8 years in facilities operations / maintenance / space planning.
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real property management experience; public works coordination background.
