Position title: Compliance Support Analyst
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance required: Active Secret with the potential to upgrade to TS/SCI
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance activities across assigned operations.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, permits, and submissions.
- Help coordinate EHS training programs and track employee participation.
Collect, analyze, and report compliance data to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- Participate in incident investigations and help develop follow-up action plans.
- Support cross-functional projects related to risk reduction, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Industrial Health, Safety, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on regulations and compliance.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
