- Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
- Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures.
- Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
- Maintains a neat and orderly supply closet; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
- Assists in examining school for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to property manager.
- Performs related tasks as assigned.
Schedule: Mondays 8 hours, Tuesday Wednesday evenings 4 hours

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Ability to continuously stand and walk
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
