Overview:
We are currently seeking a Warranty Claims Representative to join our team of skilled professionals in our Warranty Services Department based in Kankakee, IL. This position reports to the Warranty Claims Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer warranty related inquiries via telephone and written correspondence.
- Open warranty claim boxes.
- Enter warranty claims into internal claim system.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to the Warranty Claims Manager regarding payment or declination of warranty claims.
- Process extended limited warranty applications.
- Photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Interact with internal departments.
- Develop a familiarity with all residential roofing products.
- Other duties as assigned.
