Position Summary
Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and refurbishment on heavy equipment and lifting systems. Deliver quality service while maintaining strong customer relationships and following company safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts, cranes, loaders, liftgates, hooklifts, skiploaders, hoists, and related equipment.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Complete required training and stay current on technical updates.
- Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate service records and daily reports.
- Identify additional service opportunities and communicate them to management.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Must provide own tools.
- Clean driving record preferred.
