The Role of the Client Services Manager
The Client Service Manager assures all People Science client partnerships are planned well, executed well, and consistently strive to create additional value to each client relationship.
The Client Service Manager typically reports to the Director of Recruitment or Director of Process and Design.
The Duties of Client Service Manager
As a critical first point of contact to the client, the People Science Client Service Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, execution, and communications between People Science and our client companies.
Although duties may vary between client relationships, most will require the following duties be executed:
- Learn each point of contact at both client and People Science, their expectations of the partnership and design processes and work instructions to assure expectations are met
- Review all activities of the partnership daily via review of reporting and regular meetings with both People Science assigned staff and client appointed contacts
- Share People Science methodology with all stakeholders
- Track all personal activities and review work progress with up lines weekly
- Lead Client Service Managers towards the best performance outcomes
- Measure the effects of work execution, make recommendations for improvement, share successes and best practices with all stakeholders
- Work closely with Support Mentors and up line Managers
- Continuously look for areas of improvement to the work that will result in advantages to the client, the candidates we process and the company as a whole
- Share ideas and concerns with up line Manager(s)
- Attend weekly meetings to learn and share
- Prepare Quarterly reviews with each client assigned and present review findings
- Assist in the design of implementation for new partnerships
- Assist in the creation of solutions for new clients
- Assist in presenting solutions to clients
Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise in order to assure goals and clients expectations are met.
