Full-time Program Director for our Turning Point Program: Turning Point The Program Director oversees a comprehensive domestic violence program that provides counseling, advocacy, and support services to survivors of domestic violence and children impacted by abuse. The program also includes a State-certified intervention and treatment program for individuals who have used abusive behaviors, as well as prevention and education programming delivered in public schools.
Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and hold current Delaware licensure. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience within a trauma-informed service environment and demonstrated experience working in the field of domestic violence are required.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, administrative, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience utilizing databases and data management systems. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and developing staff; ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services; overseeing program operations; and maintaining compliance with applicable standards and funding requirements.
This is a full-time, exempt position and is not eligible for remote work. Some travel throughout the state and participation on statewide committees, task forces, and collaborative initiatives are required.
