About the Role:
The Nurse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within healthcare facilities across the United States. This position is responsible for managing daily nursing operations, coordinating patient care activities, and fostering a collaborative environment among multidisciplinary teams. The Nurse Supervisor ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and best practices to maintain patient safety and satisfaction. They serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote professional development. Ultimately, the Nurse Supervisor contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services, directly impacting patient outcomes and organizational success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in specialized clinical settings such as behavioral health.
