About the Role:
The Assessment Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assessment programs within CSTAR programming. This position ensures that all assessments are administered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant policies and standards. The coordinator collaborates with registration team, providers, therapist and upper management to develop assessment schedules, prepare materials, and analyze results to inform treatment recommendations. By maintaining detailed records and providing timely reports, the Assessment Coordinator supports data-driven decision-making processes. Ultimately, this role contributes to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of assessment initiatives that guide client care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, Human Studies or a related discipline.
- Experience in diagnostics and abnormal psychology and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards CCBHO.
- Knowledge of the DSM (V)
- Experience using electronic health records.
- Provisionally Licensed or Licensed (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC).
