Peoples Coffee has been Live Oak neighborhoods go to coffee shop for 20yrs.
Barista Role and Responsibilities:
Welcome customers when they enter, answer questions, give suggestions, take orders while paying attention to details, prepare beverages following recipes, serve food/pastries, and maintain the cleanliness of the cafe.
- Espresso Coffee experience required
- Must maintain current state-issued Food Handler Card
- Able to multi-task and deal with in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, written and verbally
- Respectful and professional and the ability to work as part of a team
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- The hours can be part-time/full-time based on availability, available weekends and Holidays, Hours and Location can fluctuate due to the needs of the business.
- Must be 18 years or older
3 days per week, 5:30am to 12:30pm - Thursday/Friday/Saturday Float as needed
Compensation: $16.50/$18.50hr. $8/12hr tips

Peoples is opening a drive through location on the West-side before the end of year. To be considered for this location you must train in our main cafe.
