Responsibilities:
- Provide facility and process support reliably per agreed schedule and/or as needed, with reasonable accommodation
- Complete and document scheduled maintenance tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain tidy, organized, and safety-compliant workspaces and documentation
- Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and supplies using 5S and standard shop org systems
- Support facility-wide safety and housekeeping standards
- Troubleshoot and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, and process systems
- Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs and external regulatory standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to scope and execute upgrades or repairs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- High voltage electrical experience (480V ) — including troubleshooting, safety protocols, and basic installations
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge — ability to troubleshoot, program, or interpret ladder logic and HMI interfaces preferred but not required
- Experience with liquid transfer pumps (diaphragm, gear, positive displacement)
- General facility skills — electrical, painting, plumbing
- Comfortable working with oils, solvents, and chemical handling protocols
- Ability to read equipment diagrams and parts lists
- Forklift certification and operation
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA compliance familiarity
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, maintenance software)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be over 21 years of age
