Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and high customer volume efficiently
- Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize workforce coverage
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
- Support execution of promotional and special events
- Maintain strong team leadership fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
