Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks and professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Executive Assistant to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed (e.g., shopping, post office runs, scheduling personal Dr appointments).
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Run errands, manage deliveries.
- Support with household logistics.
- Track and manage tasks, deadlines, and reminders.
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with bank errands and deposits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
- Valid driver’s license & car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience supporting executives or business owners.
- Familiarity with project management tools or task management apps.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
