contract-to-permanent basis.
Sterile Processing Coordinator
💲 Up to $35/hr
🕙 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements:
✅ 3 years of sterile processing experience
✅ 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
✅ CSPM, CRCST, CSPDT, CSIS, or equivalent certification required
Job Duties:
• Coordinate SPD daily workflow and staff assignments
• Oversee sterilization, decontamination, and instrument processing
• Ensure compliance with infection control and quality standards
• Manage inventory, loaner trays, and OR coordination
• Support staff training and productivity
OR
Sterile Processing Production Technician
💲 Up to $30/hr
🕑 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Requirements:
✅ 2 years of hands-on SPD experience
✅ Experience with loaner/consignment trays
✅ CRCST or CSPDT certification required
Job Duties:
• Decontaminate, assemble, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments
• Prepare trays and case carts for surgical procedures
• Maintain sterilization records and documentation
• Ensure instrument quality and functionality
• Follow infection prevention and hospital protocols
