LPN Part/Full Time $34.75 / Hourly LPN - Per Diem $30.50 / Hourly
RN Part/Full Time $41.25 / Hourly RN- Per Diem $38.00 / Hourly
LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $40.25
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday 12pm-7pm
Low Nurse to Individual Ratio 5 individuals per house/No weekends!/4 weeks of AT time!!

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Fall River and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.
Responsibilities:
- On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
- This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements:
- MA state valid LPN or RN license.
- A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are also required.
- A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
