Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, youll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environmentshomes, daycares, and the community.
What Youll do:
- Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
- Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
- Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
- Mentor OT students and assistants
What You'll Need:
- Licensed OT in MA
- Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
- Strong communicator & team player

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

Early Intervention experience is preferred
