People Incorporated is accepting applications for the position of Project Manager. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for developing and preparing due diligence as well as communications and documentation in support of multi-family housing development initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in housing, construction or loan documentation. You might be a good fit for the position of Project Manager if you:
- Are knowledgeable in the regulations of applicable grants and loan programs; able to maintain project files and track program performance, maintain a working knowledge of low income housing tax credit programs and historic tax credits; can evaluate potential project locations for feasibility and development potential; prepare and assemble documentation for low income housing tax credit applications and loan/grant applications pertaining to housing projects; budget preparation and management for project construction and operations; provide onsite inspection of project facilities and work spaces.
