The Executive Director of our Mental Health Out-Patient Clinic will direct the overall operations of the agency. Oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of a multi-faceted program. Insure high-quality, compassionate outpatient services. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovative treatment approaches, staff development, and community engagement. Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative and human resource management. Seek and develop outside funding sources, serve as the principle point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day to day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise. Salary competitive based on experience.
- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of the outpatient mental health clinic, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
- Manage contract, grant, and/or state funding; approves and monitors budget expenditures; prepares budget revisions; provides interim status reports on all accounts; oversees, coordinates and/or assists with proposal writing to develop additional funding. Develop and manage annual operating budget.
- Oversee Clinical Director, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary staff, including clinicians, therapists, administrative personnel, and specialized practitioners.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand access to mental health services.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and accreditation requirements while maintaining a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage clinic resources efficiently, including budgeting oversight, staff scheduling, and facility management to optimize service delivery.
- Masters degree in administrative business, liberal arts, social services, mental health, law or medicine. Five to seven years of administrative experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a health related outpatient setting or similar healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of management principles and practices. Employee development and management skills. Ability to foster cooperative environment. Ability to supervise and train personnel including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage effectively with clients and community partners.
