About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead systems and workflows that convert messy, high-value information (like central bank speeches or macroeconomic reports) into structured data pipelines that drive investment insights. You'll own quality benchmarks, design validation strategies, and help operationalize the firm's most ambitious AI and research initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and governance of systems transforming unstructured and semi-structured data into production-grade assets
- Partner closely with investors, researchers, and AI/ML engineers to map real-world logic into scalable data models
- Build and evolve benchmarks to validate LLM-driven tools, ensuring output accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness
- Create systems and standards for metadata, tagging, and enrichment across large-scale datasets
- Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and implement feedback loops to improve data fidelity
- Shape operational best practices, supporting junior data partners and growing the discipline across the team
