Responsibilities: -
10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including integrations
Strong experience with ServiceNow key modules:
- ITSM
- CMDB
- Flow Designer
Proven experience in system integrations using:
- REST / SOAP
- XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
- HTTP‑based services
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience deploying and supporting ServiceNow Discovery
Strong experience in Healthcare / Medical industry environments
