CNC Wire/Sinker EDM Setup Specialist

Our client is adding skilled EDM professionals who thrive on turning complex prints into flawless parts. On a typical shift, you’ll bring a cell online, verify tooling, load programs, dial in offsets, and confirm dimensions with in-process checks—keeping quality and safety front and center.

• Set up and run CNC EDM equipment (wire and/or sinker) to meet print and process specs.
• Review blueprints, work instructions, and inspection criteria to plan each job.
• Load programs, adjust offsets, select and stage tooling, and perform precise in-process measurements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues proactively while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support grind operations as needed and complete routine machine maintenance and tool changes.

• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Weekends (Fri–Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Hands-on CNC machining background; EDM experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency reading blueprints and using precision metrology tools.
• Sharp attention to detail with a strong safety and quality mindset.
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with production and engineering teams.
