This is a full-time, on-site role based in Allentown, PA, for a Chief Retail Officer. The Chief Retail Officer will oversee and lead the organization's retail operations, ensuring optimal performance and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing retail banking functions, leading and mentoring teams, analyzing market trends, and meeting performance targets. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with other executives to drive organizational growth.
