Job description:We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Sanitation Worker to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.** Hablamos Espanol**Shift: 2nd shift - available to start as early as 1pm & open for 10 to 12 hours shifts when needed.Schedule: Monday- FridayPay rate:$18.00 an hour#PFEResponsibilities:Sanitate and clean designated areas in accordance with established sanitation protocols Fabricate and assemble equipment as needed for sanitation purposesEnsure proper sanitation and cleanliness in food production areas, including equipment, surfaces, and utensilsPerform commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfectingConduct industrial cleaning activities to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as requiredFollow warehouse safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuriesAdhere to all cleanroom protocols and procedures for maintaining a sterile environment Collaborate with custodial staff to ensure overall cleanliness of the facilityMaintain cleanliness standards in food processing areas to meet regulatory requirementsSkills:Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proceduresExperience with commercial cleaning techniques and equipmentFamiliarity with industrial cleaning methods and chemicalsAbility to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as requiredKnowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proceduresAttention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standardsUnderstanding of cleanroom protocols for maintaining a sterile environmentExcellent collaboration and communication skillsNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
