Job description:OverviewWe are seeking two detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerks to assist with bringing Nonconformance Report (NR) documentation up to date, specifically focusing on backlog items ranging from NR# 79,000 through NR# 86,000.30-day assignment7am-3:30pmMonday - FridayDutiesClerk 1 – Scanning & Document Review· Assist the Quality Team by scanning Nonconformance Reports within the identified backlog range.· Work closely with Cathryn to identify missing items on NR, incomplete paperwork, and documents requiring separation or clarification for Quality/MRB to complete properly.· Ensure scanned documents are complete, properly categorized, and prepared for transition into finalized NR files.Clerk 2 – Filing & Organization· File completed and scanned Nonconformance Reports in appropriate batches, maintaining accurate numerical order.· Ensure filing systems remain clean, organized, and easy to reference.· Identify and locate missing Nonconformance Reports required for costing and follow up with the Quality Team as needed.Both roles will play an important part in improving document accessibility, supporting accurate cost analysis, and maintaining high-quality record management within the department.Company DescriptionSpecializing in the placement of professionals in the logistics & manufacturing world, People First Employment can help you find the job you need to get to the next level!
