Job description:We have partnered up with a leading manufacturer of fire helmets dedicated to protecting firefighters around the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Painter to join our manufacturing team. The Production Painter will be under the direction of the Production or Inventory Lead, the ideal candidate is responsible for preparing, painting, and assisting with the assembly of fire and rescue helmets. This role requires attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PMPay: $18.00–$20.00 per hourTemp to hireKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare helmets for painting through cleaning, sanding, and maskingApply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray equipmentMix paints to required specifications and ensure consistent, high-quality finishesPerform quality inspections and complete production documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssist with minor helmet assembly as neededFollow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and lean manufacturing principlesMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of painting experienceStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic reading, writing, and math skillsPreferred Qualifications:Manufacturing or production experienceKnowledge of lean manufacturing conceptsAbility to read drawings and process instructionsExperience using hand and power toolsBasic computer skillsIf you’re looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a team that values growth, craftsmanship, and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
