Production Line Worker

Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Line Workers to join our team in a fast-paced plastic bottle manufacturing facility. This position supports the packing department by monitoring the production line, assisting with bagging and boxing products, clearing minor conveyor or machine jams, and ensuring production runs efficiently. Candidates must be able to multitask, work in a team environment, and maintain productivity while following all safety and quality standards.

• Shifts: 1st 6am-2:30pm & 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm
• Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays & OT as needed)
• pay rate: $19/hr

Production Line Worker Responsibilities

• Monitor plastic bottle production lines to ensure smooth operation
• Assist with bagging, packing, and boxing finished products
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective items when necessary
• Identify and clear minor conveyor or line jams safely and efficiently
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Maintain steady production flow in a fast-paced environment
• Stack, label, and prepare boxes for palletizing or shipping
• Follow company safety procedures and GMP standards
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues
• Support other production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Comfortable standing for long periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment
• Exposure to moving conveyor lines and production machinery
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
