Job Description:The Inventory & Administrative Assistant will assist the Warehouse Manager and Operations Team with a variety of administrative and inventory-related tasks. This role supports daily warehouse functions, inventory control, HR onboarding coordination, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Location: Hayward, CA (Candidates must reside within 30 minutes)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (OT as needed)Payrate: $22.00/hr Temp-to-HireKey Responsibilities:Administrative & Office SupportFile digital and hard copies of paperwork, including pick tickets, manifests, and route sheetsProcess previous day route manifests and signatures into EclipseAnswer incoming phone calls and emails, providing support to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare and submit daily deposits to the corporate officeAssist management with monthly operations reports and credit card reconciliationsEnsure all employee files and required training documentation remain currentAssist with various administrative projects as assignedHR SupportAssist HR with new hire orientations and temporary employee paperworkEnter new employee information into the timekeeping systemEnter manual timesheets each Monday morningMaintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR documentationWarehouse & Inventory SupportProcess all daily driver paperworkAssist Inventory Control with cycle counts and other tasks as neededConduct daily row countsPrepare and process CODs, ensuring accuracyCollect daily coupons, maintain logs, and ship weekly to corporateSupport Operations Team with other warehouse-related dutiesQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience using distribution and/or supply chain management softwareProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to pass a post-offer criminal background check and drug screenStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attitude, dependable, and able to handle confidential informationEnergetic, proactive, and able to work independentlyAbility to lift up to 44 lbs unassisted; must be comfortable with physically demanding tasksAt least 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, EPJ, and Sit-Down Single ForkliftHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredReliable transportation and punctuality requiredIf you’re a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to grow with a solid and hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you.
