People First Consulting is seeking an experienced HR professional for a client in the transportation industry. This role will support employee benefits administration, leave coordination, HRIS management, vendor coordination, compliance support, and employee communications in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Experience Needed:
• 3–5 years of benefits administration or HR operations experience
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA & HIPAA
• Benefits enrollment & leave administration experience
• HRIS and Excel proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Experience in transportation, public sector, unionized, or multi-site environments.
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
- Experience supporting large hourly or operational workforces
Salary Range: $55,000 – $62,000
