A day in the life of a Loan Servicing oversight Analyst
This role will take on the vital responsibility of managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Small Business lines of credit, unsecured and secured loans, as well as residential second mortgages and home improvement loans. You will educate businesses and homeowners about various loan products and their requirements, simplifying complex conditions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with credit union policies and regulations. Your role will also involve conducting thorough loan investigations, calculating loan amortization schedules, and executing system adjustments and corrections efficiently. Additionally, you will manage business title and UCC filings, ensure proper insurance compliance, and monitor flood insurance to safeguard our members' interests.

- Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge.
- Familiarity with federal and state legislation related to collections, lending, and membership
- Minimum four years of experience in loan servicing or related field within a full-service financial institution.
