Do you enjoy helping people become more independent? Love working as part of a team? As a Program Manager/QATC (Quality Assurance Training & Coordination), you’ll oversee a caseload of 10–15 adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care, effective training, and smooth coordination between staff, families, and partners.

Note: This is not a tech position.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and guide staff to deliver exceptional support
  
  

• Monitor daily/monthly documentation for accuracy and maintain up to date reports and records
  
  

• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and staff
  
  

• Communicate with Regional Center & service coordinators
  
  

• Attend service meetings and advocate for clients
  
  

• Cover open shifts if necessary
  
  

• Maintain high quality and compliance standards
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong time management & adaptability in a fast-paced setting
  
  

• Leadership/management experience (preferred)
  
  

• Excellent communication & listening skills
  
  

• Ability to inspire and support others as part of a team
  
  

• Experience with developmental disabilities a plus
  
  

• Bilingual a plus!
