Compensation: $20/hr

People Creating Success is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals/Personal Attendants—especially those with a military background—to support a retired U.S. Marine in maintaining his independence and dignity at home and in the community.

This individual has epilepsy but no intellectual or developmental disabilities. He is looking for support staff who understand the importance of mutual respect, consistency, and professionalism.

Your experience in teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving makes you a natural fit. You know what it means to have someone’s back—and that’s exactly what this role is about.

• Support a retired Marine in daily routines and community activities

• Provide respectful assistance with light household tasks, errands, and transportation

• Ensure safety during potential seizure activity (training provided)

• Maintain professional communication and documentation
