Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support front-office and administrative staff.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and treatment appointments.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.
- Oversee insurance verification, claims, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor practice production, collections, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure effective communication and smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, infection-control, employment, and dental-practice requirements.
- Prepare reports and provide management with recommendations for improving practice performance.

Hours
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Friday: hours flexible
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
