Penton Law is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal for a busy office. Primary responsibilities include: answering phones, managing calendar, drafting and preparing legal documents, scheduling, time tracking, interacting with clients via all media, coordinate data and document collection, filing documents with the courts, general administrative tasks, and managing deadlines. Must be able to communicate well and be good with people. Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus but not required. Experience is required. Starting pay is dependent upon experience.
