We are seeking a dedicated, experienced property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate leases, contracts, and tenant communications records using property management software such as AppFolio.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and promptly address maintenance issues.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics for ownership review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative tasks related to property management, including contract filing and compliance with laws.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Understanding fair housing regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Appfolio is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
