Job Description:
As a Resistance Weld Operator, you will be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to join metal parts according to engineering specifications. You will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain resistance welding machines
- Inspect welded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and inspection reports.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a resistance weld operator or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 40lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
