Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site preventive and remedial maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Support device tracking and policy enforcement using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
- Maintain accurate asset records, perform scheduled hardware/software check-ups, and support repair activities.
- Assist with operational tasks such as hardware/software upgrades and relocations.
- Coordinate with IT staff via mobile phone during work hours and provide timely updates on service requests.
Mandatory Requirements
- Active CompTIA A Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in computer hardware support (preferred).
- Proven experience with Lexmark, HP, and multifunction printing devices.
- Familiarity with Intel-based desktops, laptops, monitors, scanners, and network peripherals.
- Willingness to work within an 8-hour flexible shift (Mon Fri, 9:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.) and travel between NYC locations.
