Key Responsibiliti

• esDesign, develop, implement, and test software enhancements for Ford’s vehicle controls engineering tool
• s.Collaborate with technical specialists to analyze requirements and deliver software change
• s.Follow software change management and control processes to ensure quality release
• s.Debug and troubleshoot application issues using Linux development tool
• s.Provide global user support through email, phone, Webex, messaging, and direct interaction
• s.Manage user accounts, access controls, and application permission
• s.Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training material
• s.Support training initiatives for global Ford engineering team
• s.Participate in user forums and continuous improvement activitie
• s.Work with automotive calibration data management systems and control software tool
