SUPPLIER personnel shall function as active and engaged members of the Valley City Quality team including participation in team meetings, participation or leading in Quality Improvement Teams (QITs), and actively engaged with team members on the factory floor to monitor, investigate, and implement solutions to improve or maintain product quality.
