Job Description & Skill Requirement
- Taking over the resident engineer function with the end customers
- Ensuring communication in customer contact
- Discussing documents regarding the details of the system architecture
- Permanent documentation of the agreements made as well as the project progress
- Clarification of requirements
- Quality assurance
- Assist in Data collection and Troubleshooting of Production issues
- Maintain Production Support Schedule
- Assist Scheduling and needs of system test team on the West Coast
- Assist in Data collection and troubleshooting of customer issues at Fisker sites across NA
- Assisting Fisker service technicians with updating and troubleshooting ADAS issues.
- Up to 75% travel required.
