Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all legacy application remediation, decommissioning, and SAP integration activities related to Service Solutions as part of a large enterprise SAP implementation program.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Workstream Coordination
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end legacy remediation efforts across Service Solutions applications.
- Align remediation activities to SAP release plans, cutover milestones, and go‑live schedules.
Stakeholder & SME Engagement
- Engage and coordinate functional SMEs, technical SMEs, architects, integration teams, and business owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Service Solutions applications.
Azure DevOps Delivery & Execution Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Track and manage deliverable commitments, ensuring alignment to SAP program timelines.
Planning, Administration & Governance
- Develop and maintain:
- Integrated project plans and remediation roadmaps
- RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Scope change and decision logs
- Ensure remediation work adheres to SAP program governance, quality standards, and controls.
Integration & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate legacy‑to‑SAP integration activities including:
- Interface redesign or replacement
- Data remediation and migration dependencies
- Decommissioning of redundant integrations
- Ensure non‑functional requirements (performance, data integrity, resiliency, compliance) are addressed.
Testing, Cutover & Stabilization Support
- Coordinate legacy system readiness for:
- Integrated testing
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Cutover activities
- Ensure remediation deliverables are completed, validated, and signed off prior to SAP go‑live.
Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear, structured status reporting to:
- SAP program leadership
- Business stakeholders
- Technical leadership
- Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans proactively.
- Translate technical delivery details into executive‑ready summaries.
