Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Python Developer with mechanical engineering knowledge to develop predictive maintenance solutions for engines, pumps, and industrial equipment. The candidate will analyze equipment sensor data to identify potential failures and improve equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python scripts to analyze equipment and sensor data.
• Analyze vibration, temperature, and pressure data.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and predict potential failures.
• Use data analytics and basic machine learning techniques.
• Work with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Perform signal processing and frequency analysis (FFT).
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of Python programming experience.
• Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of time-series data and signal processing is preferred.
• Engine or industrial equipment experience is a plus.
