Design engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Creo Designer with recent, hands-on experience using Creo extensions for Electrical and Hydraulic routing. This role is critical for supporting complex system designs that require accurate routing and integration of hydraulic and electrical subsystems.

Key Requirements:

• Recent experience in Creo – candidates without current/recent Creo experience will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Creo Electrical and Hydraulic Routing Extensions (must have worked directly with these modules).
• Strong background in designing and developing routing for hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience with CAT (Caterpillar) projects is highly valued, as this group is known for utilizing these specific Creo extensions.
• Ability to interpret schematics and translate them into accurate routed 3D models.
• Knowledge of GD&T, assemblies, and system integration within Creo.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional design and engineering teams.

Preferred Background:

• Former CAT (Caterpillar) project experience.
• Mechanical or Electrical design engineering background.
• Familiarity with off-highway vehicles, heavy equipment, or similar industries.

Note:

• Candidates with only base Creo experience will not qualify.
• Only applicants with proven hands-on work in Creo Electrical and Hydraulic Routing Extensions will be considered.
