We have an opportunity for Quality Inspector III to join our Delavan, WI Injection Molding Team. You will perform quality operations necessary to support the injection molding department which includes basic injection molding skills such as operating injection molding
presses, trimming, deburring and welding plastic parts as well as quality checks to ensure there are no defective parts reaching our internal and external customers.

The hourly pay for this role is: $22 - $24/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

You Will
- Provide support and coverage in molding operations such as providing operator breaks, providing appropriate materials and daily maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Proficient use of basic metrology tools and gages, i.e. micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc. Ability to read and interpret part drawings/blueprints and quality plans/standards
- Perform various quality checks at regular intervals including dimensional, appearance, and functional tests. Communicate non-conformances to the appropriate Molding technical staff for correction.
- Scheduling duties include the assignment of work on presses and/or work cells.
- Properly order, receive, identify and put away all types of purchased and manufactured components.
- Generate necessary documentation for scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts and transfer tickets
- Employees must be able to work in a team environment.
- Productivity reporting.
- Quality audit reporting.
- Powered pallet jack operation
- New employee training
- Medium work frequently – must be able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently without a lift assist
- 1st shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday
- OT required when needed
