Description
Join us as an Injection Molding Machine Operator in our location in Sanford, NC facility.
You will be setting and preparing your machine for each production run and monitoring production to ensure quality during the process.
What’s in it for you?
The anticipated hourly pay for this role is : $17.00 / hr. plus 8% of shift premium for working the night shift. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

- Checking the parts to ensure they are correct per BOM & pick list.
- Ability to assemble a product.
- Prior knowledge and use of hand tools and gauges
- Proper use of lift devices for manufacturing processes
- Ability to work or be trained in on multiple machines.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Rotating every 4 hours and standing for 8 hours.

Physical Requirements :
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
