Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Tech in our Chardon, OH facility. You will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks on automated, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, including repairs, as well as preventative maintenance according to program outlines. Job Duties and requirements: Responsible for trouble shooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment within the manufacturing facility. Install and set up A/C & D/C drives and troubleshoot 480V 3-phase motor circuit controls and perform basic troubleshooting of PLC’s Conduct preventative maintenance according to program outlines. Reports and/or document supplies needed. Reads/understand diagrams, schematics, instructions and technical manuals. Verifies accuracy and completion of repairs. May perform other duties or work in a production area as needed based upon business demands. Must have at least 3 years of prior Industrial Maintenance experience Must have knowledge of working with electrical up to 480 Must have mathematical and mechanical reasoning abilities along with critical thinking skills and the ability to develop new ways to troubleshoot tough problems Compensation: The pay range for the Tech I will be: $26 to $30 DOE. The pay range for the Tech II will be: $28 to $35 DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience. Hiring Bonus: $1000 paid out at $500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months. Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 3rd shift: 8:30pm to 7am, Monday through Thursday (Tech I and Tech II) 10% shift differential for 3rd shift Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
