We have an opportunity for a Demand Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Cary, NC, supporting our growing Pool and Spa business. We are a market leader in pool and spa equipment, offering an innovative product portfolio that includes, pumps, cloud-based automation systems, heating solutions, cleaners, filters, lights, and more! Reporting to the Demand Marketing Manager, you will develop and deploy robust and fully integrated go-to-market programs and campaigns for our core product categories and new product introduction for the Pentair Pool brand. This is an excellent opportunity to partner cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to directly impact business development and growth for this exciting and successful business!

You will:
- Develop and deploy fully integrated go-to-market programs and campaigns across the customer journey (awareness, conversion, and loyalty) for all product categories and brands.
- Plan and execute trade shows and events that demonstrate successful lead capture and return on investment (ROI), as well as build pre- and post-trade show event recaps that support marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage budget and return on investment for demand driving activities including trade shows, rebates, agency partnerships, direct mail, and paid/earned media.
- Oversee, manage, and evaluate sponsorship opportunities, ensuring successful partnership and activation of marketing campaigns to support growth.
- Monitor, track, and report on success metrics; using this data to help guide short- and long-term strategy for all demand programs.
Key Qualifications:
- Have earned a Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
- Have 5 years of marketing experience, preferably including experience designing, deploying, and monitoring successful and measurable demand marketing campaigns.
- Experienced executing and knowledgeable of digital marketing and event marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience with and /or ability to utilize marketing analytics tools and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, independently set timelines, and meet deadlines.
Travel:
- Up to 20% (including overnight) for tradeshows, group collaboration, customer, or site visits.

Salary : $66,600 - $84,300
