We have an opportunity for a 2nd Shift CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced maintenance tasks, often involving complex diagnostics and repairs. This includes complex repairs, advanced troubleshooting, and system installations. In addition, you will assist with the training and development of Junior Technicians.

The hourly pay for this role is: $30.00 to $38.00/hr. DOE (plus 8% shift differential). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

You Will
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on injection molding, CNC, automation, and assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot and support a wide range of production equipment, including robotics, conveyors, presses, and labeling systems
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve issues, improve processes, and support production goals
- Maintain facilities, spare parts, tools, and inventory; respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and participate in LEAN initiatives to reduce downtime and cost
- Train and support junior technicians, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years of technical training or related experience; technical degree/certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in CNC systems, automation, and controls (PLC experience required)
- Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems
- Experience with industry technologies such as sensors, motion-control systems, and automated equipment; injection molding a plus
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; strong math, computer, and electrical skills
- Able to read and communicate in English, operate tools and vehicles as needed, and work overtime for maintenance support
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday
- Overtime as needed (before shift or on weekend)
