Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing a project schedule. The process includes defining project tasks, estimating the resources needed, and creating a timeline. Schedulers track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with customers and clients to ensure that projects remain within scope.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing a project schedule. The process includes defining project tasks, estimating the resources needed, and creating a timeline. Schedulers track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with customers and clients to ensure that projects remain within scope.
Responsibilities
- Create and populate trending reports.
- Technical data entry.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
- Track calibrations of equipment.
- Complete scheduling for field technicians.
- Work collaboratively with Program Director to assure that appropriate data is being captured.
- Create ongoing working relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Perform data checks for accuracy.
- Participate in training of new staff on acceptable documentation and data entry requirements.
- Case manage current and prospective clients.
- Daily phone dialogs with customers to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Revisions to schedule to accommodate customer needs and emergencies
- Assisting technician needs on a daily basis. Including shipment of equipment, data, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- MS Excel "Expert" preferred.
- Programming skills preferred.
- Experience with report writing.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate.
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Solid experience and background in both acquiring and managing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
