Are you an experienced die setter who thrives in a high-performance manufacturing environment?

We are seeking a Senior Die Setter / Press Operator to join our growing metal stamping operation. This is an opportunity to work with advanced servo presses, hydraulic presses, and mechanical stamping equipment while supporting the production of complex heavy-gauge deep-draw components.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate servo, hydraulic, and mechanical presses.
• Perform die changeovers and process startups.
• Troubleshoot tooling and forming issues.
• Optimize production performance and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor less experienced operators.
• Work closely with engineering, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of die setting and press operation experience.
• Strong background in heavy-gauge deep-draw metal stamping.
• Experience with servo, hydraulic, and mechanical/manual presses.
• Ability to troubleshoot tooling and production issues independently.
• Inspection experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
