Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Internship Program for a Sales Representative role based in Lancaster, PA. The Sales Representative Intern will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting product offerings, supporting sales campaigns, preparing presentations, and assisting in sales operations. The role requires a combination of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility to work from home when suitable. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in building client relationships and driving sales initiatives while learning the ins and outs of the electrical manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation techniques
• Basic knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Familiarity with presentation tools, product demonstrations, and marketing materials
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, abh nd ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn about the electrical manufacturing sector and its products
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM software
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or with a team
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program such as Business, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering (preferred but not required)
